I love motorhead. His voice can be very sensitive, the old broken man kinda voice, you know. Anyone heard 'Don't let daddy kiss me' ?
Love their harder stuff too, gotta love that thunder-like bass

Has anyone else heard the stuff on the new album with Steve Vai? You would think that he wouldn't fit in with the sound, but he does a great job. He sounds totally Motorhead, but then you realize he's shredding his fuckin' ass off!! No Legacy amp there, I'm sure of it.

Btw, if you want to piss off some hard-rock/heavy-metal fans, ask them how come Lemmy hasn't moved his left hand in his entire career.. if you wanna piss them off some more, ask them if they know of any 'really cool underground bands' like slipknot, then when they bitch at you because they listen to old-school metal, say you do to, and you miss the days when Pour Some Sugar On Me was in the charts! Lemmy hasn't moved his left hand because he is that bada$$ he doesn't HAVE to. Lemmy is Lemmy, plain and simple. He is more metal than the USS Nimitz. And Def Leppard'sHysteria was one of the first cassettes I bought, along with Appetite for Destruction.

Awesome CD. If I could pick any of my bass-playing heros to jam with, Lemmy would far and away be my first choice. I love that guy!
