Thanks for the clip.
1. Nuno shouldn't be lead vocalist.
2. Nuno's processed octavefied guitar sound and solo were aweful.
3. The song really sucks.
4. Nuno is one of the greatest metal guitarists in the world but you would never know it from that clip.

Nuno, man, what are you doing?

It seems like it falls short. Nuno should get back with Gary and the Extreme...that's all I'm gonna say.

They did... At the Galaxy club.
Nuno's new stuff is OK. It falls in line with a lot of what music is today: A bit on the lacklustre side for my tastes. The man is trying to make a living being a musician. Here we all are watching a video of him on the Late Late Show, he recently performed on stage with the likes of TM Stevens, Michael Anthony, George Lynch, Warren DiMartini, Perry Farrell, Will Calhoun, and the bass player from Puddle of Mudd; I'd say that's a lot better than the majority of us has done. We're all so quick to trash when they're doing something we don't particularly enjoy. And before anyone says anything, I am just as guilty of it myself.
I used to live around the corner from Gary Cherone back in the day when they were "The Dream". Before Nuno was in the Extreme. I just want to see the Extreme get back together. I know the guy is a smokin player. Good luck to him.
I am probably one of Nuno's biggest fans, and sad to say, I was less than impressed with his showing on the Late show. Counterpoint: I took a road trip to Maryland/Recher Theatre to see Nuno/Population-1 in October and it was one of the best shows I have ever seen. I really like Nuno's voice (better than Gary's - check out the Guitar Wars Dvd, Nuno really outsings him). All of the 4 1/2 cds Nuno has released since leaving Extreme have been great, easily some of my faves of all time. You should check out his web site, Population-1.com, as most of his cds are for sale there cheap or you could even download some tracks off of Itunes. As for him going back to Extreme, no way. He should keep looking/moving forward and never go back. Extreme had their moment but it's gone.

Wont happen .. they got back together here this summer and did a show for WAAF. Pat Badger was not invited, seems there are some issues there.. they did however invite Paul Geary ...
Don't worry - I'll smack her if it comes to that. You do not sell guitars to buy shoes. You skimp on food to buy shoes!~Mrs Tekky 06-03-08~
I think the song was ok. It sounded like nine inch nails meets extreme. The intro basically patterned a key intro, when it kicked in it has a decent main rift that was very extreme like. During the vocals it got kinda techno sounding and the chorus was reminiscent of Pat Travers stuff. The octivia thing.. very Prince.
I didn't cringe hearing it. There's material he wrote for extreme on #3 that I didn't care for either. But it's great to see he's at least doing something and I thought it was ok.
The guy can still play no doubt but he's in a different realm sometimes, like naming your band after a painting..mourning widows, I thought was kinda out there.
I miss Blues Saraceno too.. haven't seen or heard much from him lately.

VH1 tried to do a bands reunited show on them... Paul and Pat said they'd do it, Gary said he probably would if they could get Nuno. They tracked down Nuno but he was a dick and wouldn't speak on camera. I wasn't a real big fan of theirs, but it would have been cool to see a one-time reunion.
I feel my soul go cold... only the dead are smiling.
