I´d say a lot of this stuff belongs to Jake forever. Can´t imagine he would sell his personal letters included in a bulk like that. To bad if he needs money that bad...

probably none of the above. this was more than likely bought at the estate sale when his mother passed away. jake was contacted, and he was able to get whatever he wanted.
