He's still my favorite guitarist after all of these years. The guy was just sick!!

I was at home one day just minding my own business when a friend drops by with an Ozzy album. He said, "hey man, listen to this!" He played Crazy Train for me and at that moment I had to have a guitar. A guy in the neighborhood had one and could play the hell out if it. He taught me Crazy Train and even let me use his guitar until I could get my own. Every day since then Randy has continued to inspire me.

There's many very talented and inspirational guitarists around today, but none of them can compare to Randy on many levels. He accomplished so much in such a short time. I have always believed he was ahead of his time.

I have very few CD's today that are my favorites, but Blizzard and Diary remain on top.

              That's a great story StJames!

              Randy is the MAN!
Unfortunately he left this world well before I came along, but that doesn't mean I can't love and appreciate his works of METAL!

Rand, your mean-ass playing lives on! I salute you.

My introduction to Rock 'N' Roll was a friend of mine in '82, lending me the LP for ' Diary of a Madman', as soon as I put the needle down and heard the first riff, I was hooked... and the songs just kept getting better...... then to end with a song like 'Diary of a Madman' was unlike anything I had ever heard.....!!! Randy Rhoads blew me away......

He and his potential that he had is sorely missed.... if only...

                  Top Fish......... RIP Randy...
