      Thanks for the photo! When I saw Alex in his Jazz trio a couple yrs back, he played a Gold top LP with P90s. I figured he'd use the same one when someone mentioned a Gold top, but that's obviously got hums in it!..which makes more sense with Testament! I wonder if it's the same one modified!?

          YES! Although I hate Ibanez guitars, I understand people are expecting that photo for sentimental value(I didn't take these photos by the way).


          I really doubt that it is modified metalmedal. I am sure he has at least those two LPs.

            I had one like that back in 89-91 but with a single coil in the neck position and custom made logo on 22nd fret because Ibanez never had one like Alex's(2hum no inlay on 22nd fret)..

              Back in 90-91 I bought an Ibanez 770 because it had the same pickup configuration and fret inlays as his red Ibanez...I wanted to be Alex!
