      lol,it was the whole white lion band. the four of them were out "walkin' the dog" and we grew up in a pretty nice town that was perfect for dog walking and bothering neighbors with loud marshalls. it was a cool moment. it's a hell of a lot better than "you suck!!!", or "turn it down" etc.
      Not helping the situation since 1965!

        Because White Lion is not very interesting to talk about. Vito was good but most of those songs were freakin' awful.

              Vitto was the ONLY thing that was "COOL" about white Lion IMO

                Yeah, but that rhythm groove on "Wait" is awesome, as the entire cover of "Radar Love." Mike Tramp is what made White Lion gay...he was just so...well, gay. That serpentile dance he does in the "Wait" video, shit..I thought that was some of the gayest looking shit I had ever seen. Then I saw Vito play that guitar solo and it was a different story altogether!

                    That was the 80's, where the woman were woman, the men looked better then the woman! I never followed image, i just like the way the songs sounded and that is what i cared about. To this day i dont let myself get caught up with an image of a group or there attitudes etc...

                            I saw mike tramp in 2001 at a bar in northern cali when i lived there. He played all of 3 white lion songs- wait, when the children cry, and shit, little fighter, i think. HIs guitar player pretty much sucked, didn't play any of the solos even close. There was maybe 60 people there. Mike came out after the show and talkied to everyone there, though, really cool guy, but ZERO sense of humor. We started bagging on his leather jacket with the pink sleeve, and I think he took in personally. Oh well [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]
                            Its a complete catastrophe. But Im a professional, I can rise above it. LOL

                              We would always take the words to " Wait" and change them to " Weigh it " Weigh it" "I haven't had a chance to pay you"! at band practice or when some moron would ask for it at a club or bar.That would usually shut them up.I always liked Vito as a player,but that singer,hell,he may not suck one but he sure looks like he'd hold it in his mouth! [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]....
