It's too bad about the finish checking, but really, I am impressed when I see a civil war rife that was found in a stream 20 years ago. I think if there was a fossil imprint of Randy's bowtie fret marker in the museum many would pay to see it.

With leeches like Sharon and god knows who else in that crew, it's no wonder she hasn't signed over the pieces to a management company to set up a museum.

I do wonder how one would get access to take these photos?

Pretty cool to see.

Its pretty cool to see the actual guitar again. I was lucky to see Randy with Ozzy in concert in Biloxi, MS playing the white Jackson, PolkaDot Sandovel, and the white LP.

Hopefully that guitar will protected from future damage.

It is very sad to see randys axe in that condition.I saw it at hardrock a while back and was surprised at the condition.I would be intersted in seeing all his other guitars.Im sure some of them havent been opened since his death.

my question is if Sandoval is such a guitar luthier genius, why did he put a shitty Danelectro neck with no truss rod on this custom guitar? I mean I like Danelectros for what they are, but don't most of them even have truss rods? the lack of a truss rod is why this polkadot was a bitch to keep in tune. sad, if you ask me.
