Anyway, both are my fav thrash bands by far. Megadeth has some really great songs and riffs also the leads by Marty are amazing.
Anthrax is very funny band, they have really groovy riffs wich are very unique in metal IMO.

Pott: do yourself a favour and buy, steal, download, borrow a copy of 'Among the Living'. I guess it's very subjective, but it's generally regarded as the defining Anthrax album....

That is the Anthrax album for me.
"State of Euphoria" is good too. "Antisocial" is such a kickass song!
Among the Living is THE ultimate Anthrax album. Was lucky enough to see them on that tour at a little club in Boston called The Paradise. Unfortunately my first time seeing Megadeth wasn't til' So Far So Good. My favorite is still Peace Sells and I would have loved to have seen Chris and Gar.
Hear the universe scream
Bleeding from black holes
Whom horns careless
And whom God mourns

Chris Holmes could have been Robbin's crazed alcoholic half-brother. Met Robbin once in San Diego. Great guy.
