Dean made that guitar for Zakk as a gift. He's always been an LP guy and the official word on his website is he's staying with Gibson. I think that guitar is kinda ugly, but that's just me. Interesting though

I could never stand the big Dean headstocks either, but for some reason I like this guitar, and I like the headstock on it.

I don't think the headstock works with the asymmetrical body shape. I think make the body symmetrical and it would kick ass.

+1. It's fugly and out of proportion. And that body style is a horrid abomination.

If I had to guess, Zakk even allow those pics to be taken was done solely as a tribute to his former bud.
