I met Blotzer's kid a year ago or so, he was working in a Togo's sandwich shop when I went to get lunch. he was just a dude waiting on me at the counter and goes, so you got any plans for the wknd? just making conversation. I told him I was going to see Iron Maiden, and he said he was Bobby Blotzer's kid, looked like him too. he said he and Blotzer hang out a lot, play a lot of golf, that sort of shit. I told him I was a big Ratt fan back in the day.

he was a nice guy.

I wonder if they will talk about the Uncle Milty family connection and how and if it helped them to be discovered. It certainly helped their street cred on the first few videos.
The reason I mention this is because Gene Simmons never gets any props from VH for hooking them up in the beginning of their career. If its just a show about the decadent 80's its gonna suck. I want to see old interviews with Uncle Milty talking about hie heavy metal relative, an in depth tribute to the true "rock" of Ratt... Robbin and all the problems they had internally with Stephen. They also need to talk about how important Ratt was to the metal scene. Great songs, great videos and great musicians. I can't wait to see it.

I have all their videos on tape..damn the tape is so old..It prbably won't play anymore..

all those songs I loved ..Your in Trouble , Wanted man , You think your tough , lack of communication..back for more..then lay it down and your in love..

what Eddie Murphy movie had Body Talk in it..that was the only song I really liked off that album..it was just a kick ass song with an attitude..with an a awesome firey solo..

I think ALL the songs on cellar are great..then they had three cool songs on IVOYP and two songs on DUC..then one song on detonator..by that time Dokken , Rough Cutt , Loudness and Savatage got my full attention.

I saw them twice live on their first two tours..Icon opened for them once in 84' in cleveland..

Sully, you should get in touch with VH1's producers to act as a consultant of sorts, to get the details straight re Robbin's last days.

Well, ratt has all the parts that a behind the music needs.Struggling to make it, groupies,hitting it big, infighting,drugs, death, and then.....reunited, broke up, then..........reunited....Rumour has it they are making plans to do full scale reuinion with everyone that was in it back in the day, Robbin excluded of course.Should be cool. Pearcy is doing some unplugged 80's tour with jani lane,kip winger and don dokken.
