Re: 1980\'s videos

Some of the videos from the 80s are pretty cheesy now, but I sure liked most of them at the time. Luckily most of the bands I had already heard before I had MTV.

One more. Freddy Mercury when he was still a complete geek, well before he was doing the full-on flaming homosexual thing. Snag it.

Anybody got the video for Ratt "Wanted Man" - if so please post it!

Forgot Uncle Miltie was the motorcycle rider in Back For More. King was probably uncomfortable in that old cramped Mercedes SL.

Best lyric of "Round & Round" is right after the chorus when Pearcy says.............

Re: 1980\'s videos

I have approx 300 gig of classic 80's metal/rock vids. Caps from MTV, VH1classic, Headbangers ball, bootleg concerts, pro shot vids/concerts, instructionals, shredfests, etc you name it. I have desperately been trying to catalogue them, as it is becoming difficult finding more when you can't tell what you have.
Hard drive problems are no help when trying to consolidate them all (all on disc) Dam what a pain to load up some 400 cds and dvds with all that data to copy to pc.

I will soon begin posting some classics myself for an excuse to watch through them all. Could take requests, as I seem to have everything, but I know I don't.

My favorite is finding Jackson and Charvels. Seeing a strat head and straining to see a logo.

Well, someday I will get to postin em.

Awesome, thanks John for that one. Wanted Man is a kick ass song, my band still covers that tune and it goes over great. RATT is one of my fav bands, but holy crap they look G.A.Y. with the cowboy clothes on.

You know, now that you mention it, I think I do recall Milton Berle being of some relation to someone in Ratt. Good call.

While on the topic of Ratt trivia, and pardon the stupid question, but do I recall someone on this board owning the black V used by Crosby in the Round & Round video?
