i've always been a high priest in the church of jeff beck.
fuse hin with warren demartini and that would be a sick guitarist wouldn't it?
he's in my top 2 guitarists of all time if not my favorite. i almost ttattoed the dude on my body. he is the king when he is on. clapton and page all admitted he smokes them when it comes down to it.

Jeff Beck is my alltime favourite player.
Funny thing is, I never really copied his licks and style a lot like I did with all my other favourite players. He is too good to butcher his solos.
And I'm one of the fev fans who likes his newer stuff more than his old albums. My fav record is Jeff Beck's Guitar Shop.

That was great, Beck is one of my favs. Of course, Blow by Blow and Wired are classics but I picked up Who Else? earlier this year and I love it. Then I found a live DVD in Tokyo from his '99 tour for that album on ebay (don't think it was released in the US) and that is a MUST SEE!
