I hear ya! Dont Break the Oath is my all time favorite CD...my favorites in order are:

DBTO
Abigail
Them
Melissa
Fatal Portrait
The Spiders Lullaby
Conspiracy

The rest are pretty much equal, but they all rock!

I still maintain that "Abigail" is the best rock-drumming record of all time.

Micky Dee is a god among men.

hell yes!!!!! i think his skills are wasted in motorhead.

i just realized the other day that the harmony breakdown in Don't Break the Oath was lifted from the Pat Travis band.
i forgot the name of the song, but they were playing it on XM's Boneyard. i kept breaking into Kings part "OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooOO OOOH!"

After one show in '97 at Harpos in Detroit, my sister and I were invited on MF bus. It was a great time, got to sit and talk with Hank Sherman...they were watching pornos on every tv and passing out cookies to us on a tray, it was hilarious. Never have gotten to meet Andy though, would love too...

Funniest thing is when I have a new girlfriend listen to KD/MF for the first time, they dont know what to make of it. I have had a few grow to like it though, just took some time (and my constant listening on long drives

My daughter made her boyfriend listen to "THEM" on there long drive up to Seattle.(He likes pop)
She called me on the way up, and both were singing "TEA" over the phone.

Andy is one of the most under appreciated players from the 80's...he never got the credit he deserved. Awesome player.
