That's from the 1st Yngwie video released... Rising Force Live. Just noticed that it's now out of print. There's a guy from Argentina on ebay that sells the DVD version for $23 or $24 shipped though. I've bought some crap from him before.

Good stuff! Say what you will about Metallica but Hetfield is pretty amazing. To be able to play those fast, complex rhythm parts and sing at the same time is a bitch.
