As requested.. pics taken when I brought her home, after the show at BB Kings this Spring. Needed a GOOD cleaning (rode hard and put away wet!!). Trem arm was corroded, etc. Also huge indent in the wood in back from when he threw it on the monitors when he was in South America (story somewhere on his tour diaries)
Other pic is live from the Webster Theater when my band opened for Savatage. That is what made me want that guitar - even though I do not like Natural PC finishes (prefer solar. mocha, euphoria, and the OLD Chlorines) - lookit the flame on the neck.

You know, it's kinda funny. I always thought my friend and I were the only ones who knew of Savatage or thought they were great. Nice to know we weren't alone.

I remember seeing Criss use a Yamaha Les Paul-ish solid body guitar, then switch to a Kramer Pacer around '86 -'87 before getting the Jackson endorsement. Pickups probably vary according to era, albumn, tour, etc. Really liked his playing.

He was playing a Kramer in the Hall of the Mountain King video. That was just before he started with Charvel/Jackson. I was told that Paul O'Neill likes to have a Jackson or a Charvel on stage for the TSO tours in homage to Criss.
