i wouldn't say lynch is a true shredder to be honest tho i am a HUGe fan - he's always beena fantastcic songwriter first for me.

I am gonna plomp for shredders in what i percieve as the true sense of the word as in instrumentalists and picking stupidly fast which for me would be Jason becker and Chris Impellitteri...

and a ton more. I love all guitar players because they all bring something unique to the table.
