click [My computer] icon.
On the window menu, select [Tools] > [Folder] option.
Select [View] tab
Select [Show hidden files and folders] and
Uncheck [Hide extensions for known file types]
Click [OK]

NOTE: make sure to let the movie download within the flash player before doing the following:
Head into C:\Documents and Settings\ User Name\ folder.
NOTE: User Name is the account you are currently on.

Double click [Local Settings] folder.
Double click [Temporary Internet files] folder.
Once in there look for the file name (whatever it is) and copy and paste to Desktop.
Change the file name to [filename.flv] notice the .flv extension.

You can play them using the player at www.flvplayer.com
