Not surprizing. Jackson's are so typically the "metal guitar" that in most cases I just accept that pretty much everyone's (guitar players) has had one at some point ... except Yngwie. LOL.

Thanks for sharing the pix man.

Jeff told Steve and I that he had about 12 RR's at one time or another but, always ended up selling when he needed the cash.

Jeff just doesn't look right with that guitar, he's far too big for it. He needs a double RR like Crosby played.

That second pic down is totally a Mustaine pose, right down to the lip snarl.

So how did they get them in the 1st place?

I have always found it a bit strange when musicians live with friends, have no job, but own Les Pauls and Marshalls. Oppsss, I guess I have done that to.
Just one more guitar!

What is JL playing now? ESPee's or some shit?! Or is he still with Schecter? (Schvincter )

Is he also still using Mesas?

I agree, but i think its really just his hair thats too big for the guitar. lol

I think with most RR's, you have to wear tigher fitting clothing, and you have to wear them a bit lower than most guitars.

and jeff is with schecter now

Yeah, I think he looks badass with that thing on, but His hands are made for a 7.

You know what that means, eh Jackson? JLRR-7 signature model, eh? It'll kick the shit out of the CoW, for sure!

Jeff changes guitars / amps almost once a year. Heh!

that makes him better than 90% of the guys around here who change their equipment more like once a month

yes, JL is playing schecter and krank right now. steve is also playing krank, but bc rich guitars - he's got some very cool stuff, i love that purple-ish ignitor and the white warlock 7. jeff used to play ESP/LTD 7strings, and before that around DNB era he had the jackson thing going on. it's a shame, really....i think the RR looks badass, although i can't see him using one....aside from the obvious (6strings in contrast to the 7strings he's using nowadays) he's using the frets 22-24 so much the 22 fret RR fretboard would be really limiting.
so lets see....JLRR-7 = 7strings, 24 frets, 2 EMG humbuckers, fixed bridge (most of his main guitars are fixed bridge iirc), some custom JL paintjob....jackson are you hearing me?!?!?!

When I think of Jeff I naturally think RR's...that's all he used to play.

a RR7 would RULE!

It's not fasion or his hair. It is the fact that the guy is huge. I'm 5'7", and I met him when he was sitting down. When he stood up, I was thinking, "Jesus, when is head going to stop moving up?" He'd make James Hetfield look small. He makes his Schecters look small, too. He'd look great with a King V, or an Explorer.
