Anyone check out the new latest Dickinson solo

Roy Z is an awesome player-The guy has chops and taste. This is what Maiden should have become. Don't know if Adrian is on this one though. If you like his other solo stuff its definitely worth getting. Not stellar but pretty decent songs and nice guitar work. Roy is heavy but somehow manages to come off as mainstrean.

I forget what a powerful voice Bruce has. AAnyway its called

I bought it when it came out, and it is pretty good, but I never listen to it.....Adrian isn't on it, unfortunately [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

I have it too, and I think it's probably right up there with the best Bruce has done on his own. I especially like "Kill Devil Hill"...Roy Z definitely has chops (whoever the hell he is [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]) but I do NOT agree that Maiden should sound like this...Maiden is better than ever now with BNW and DOD, and the new album is probably be even more killer...so I don't think that's a fair statement!
however I love the different styles, and both suit Bruce vocals so...more power to 'im [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

It's a good album but it's no Chemical Wedding. I still pull it out once in a while to rock out and listen to Roy Z's production work. He really should be working with more metal bands.
