Ahh, nothing better than a shot of classic VH!
DLR said recently that the reunion is 'inevitable" if you didn't hear.
We'll see.

John Lennon? Didn't he used to be in a band with that guy from the band "Wings"?

Alright, easy there. I just heard that DLR news recently.

By the way, who's John Lennon?

US Festival 1983 - first song too.....nice work DLR.

Yes, Roth just RECENTLY (2 weeks?) brought up the reuninion story again, so it is more recent than the news of John Lennon's death.

Re: How \'bout some vintage VH?

DLR mentioned it on his radio show, so that's the recently bit. He's only been on the air 2 weeks.

Re: How \'bout some vintage VH?

Its messed up that DLR forgot the words, but the crowd roars when he admits it. Van Halen shows weren't about the musicianship necessarily, it was the party... Roth is/was the ultimate MC.

I have the boot of the show and the best part is Ed's stellar solo. A long one but far from dull or boring, great stuff.

Watch the vid on there from 81 when they do hear about later. That to me is classic VH.
