yeah, it seems very underated pickup. i think everyone who's bashing it didn't try it with je-1000. i mean, my favourite guitar tones (cob- hate crew deathroll, stone- no anesthesia!) are produced by that combination.


nowadays, when they play old songs with different pickups it sounds totally different. worse...i'm sorry to say (especialy alexi).

so even they can't exactly nail sound from earlier albums LOL

'Cause ESP ain't got shit on the original heavy metal guitar maker that is Jackson. Plus, those SV's that he plays now are about half-an-inch or so bigger on all sides than an RR. That extra wood changes up the tone a bit.
