Jeff Hanneman's sl2?

Does anybody know anything about Jeff Hannemans sl2? I've heard that it's a San Dimas? I also read that it's currently at the custom shop? But not sure if it's for making a copy, or fixing it?

It was being fixed. Coincidently, A buddy of mine was having a replica being made at the same time, so they were able to make it an exact replica, kahler and all.The cxd he got with his guitar had pics of hannemans as well.Right place, right time.

Seems like that thing's always getting fixed! I don't think he really tours with it much any more because he sweats a hell of a lot and keeps corroding the electronics and hardware, from what I remember reading awhile ago.

Hey, it's Jeff so that guitar gets punished. Unlike the pile of ESP's that are pretty much interchangable this one is special and it's just the one.

Is jackson going to start making soloists with kahlers again? I know the ESP hannemans are going to have kahlers in '06, but they're charging another $1k just for it [img]/images/graemlins/rant.gif[/img]
