Alex Lifeson playing a Charvel?

Has anyone seen the Time Stand Still video? It appears that Alex is playing a black model 5, or a model 6 Charvel?

Havent see the video, but in the 80s he played a Signature, he was part owner of the company along with Russ Heinl. They were in business for about 3 years................

I think that is a Signature brand guitar. That's what he was playing at the time.

Not sure what it is, but it's not a Charvel. You can tell it's HSS, has a chrome Floyd nut, and looks to have an unfinished neck when he spins around.

I've read interviews where he refers to the Signature guitars sounding really bright. They also had active electronics.

Looks like they were pretty nice! I like the headstock & the look of the single inlay at the 21st fret.

I had a few, and they were great guitars, but they were really pricey and they had tall skinny frets, which is why I dumped mine..........
