holy shit, I loved Ratt and both guitarists back in the day, but I don't even recognize the guy in that video. I would have had no idea who it was if I didn't already know.

I don't see the tragedy in him being "big." It happens. It's age. The tragedy to me is losing Robbin period. I wouldn't care if he was twice that size if he were still alive.

He made it ok to not be a shredder in a period when you were considered a shitty player if you couldn't shred. DeMartinin is great, don't get me wrong. I just liked Robbin so much better as a player.

He was "BIG" because of his condition...his Pancreas gave out and he lost the ability to Metabolize food properly. They say when he died he had reached 400 pounds

I know why he was "big." I was making the point that It's not his size that bothered me. It's the fact that he's gone. Many people get "big" as they get older because of disease or not. Him being "big" was the least of his tragedy IN MY HUMBLE OPINION.
