In their live show last year DR.X calls Mary, tells her to take the gun from a box which had been planted, and through "Mind" control tells her to pull the trigger, Mary killed Mary at DR.X's command. As far as the lyrics referring to her "Roseary wrapped around your throat" I think it's just a referrence to her wearing a roseary. It was always kinda left in the air for people to play with and come up with their own plot. BTW, QR still kicks ass live, their new album is great, just got to give it more than one listen.
