Within Temptation?

Sounds like I have to check out these guys out. There is always a band with a female vocalist in my CD player... Lacuna Coil, Tristania, Lullacry, early/mid ToT, Therion, Sins of Thy Beloved, Lana Lane, Epica, Nightwish, Leaves Eyes, The Gathering, Flowing Tears. Any other recommendations?

I picked up an Edenbridge CD today. They do that Nightwish thing pretty good. And the singer, Sabine, is a babe.

The lone Chastain album I own has Kate French on vocals. Not at all like the other stuff you've been listening to, it's more straight ahead metal. She is good though.

For some female fronted hard rock, check out Skunk Anansie. I think Skin is one of the best going around.

Skin shouldn't have left Skunk Anansie.. SA is great.. they have some dark and interesting songs, but Skin's solo album is just boring..
