For $29 a month, I'd rather buy some used instructional vids off Ebay, like Gilbert, Petrucci etc.... George is great but there are lots of better teachers. I have the David Chastain and Bruce Bouillet VHS vids and they are fantastic.
They were each $9.99 on Ebay, so about $14 each shipped. That's $1 less than one lesson from Sensei George. There is enough material on those vids to take you way past George Lynch's level if you applied them. Not that I have, but I'm an underachiever....

i have signed up but to be honest i dont know if i can wait till he does some vid lessons.At the moment i have joined since the 1st lesson,and there hasnt been an update since(and i have been billed for 2 months)
1st lesson was a drop d wide reach interval melodic riff type lesson then a tapping section followed by a few chords he uses

The lessons are scanned original guitar tab by lynches own hand and saved as a PDF file

there is no audio-and from the guitar tab only(no manuscript or bars)you could play it many ways(i blazed it like lynch would)

i checked his site today-and no updates!I might stick it out but then again a mate came over my pad yesterday and couldnt fucking believe i had signed up for lessons with him..lol

if there isnt an update soon then fuck it,when you pay that amount of money you expect lessons-jeez fucking chad coggin pisses all over Lynch with better vibrato and chops and he gives his lessons way for fucking free

I downloaded his lates randall amp clip vids he did in germany a week or so ago off the net-he looks cool as fuck on the vids now as he has longer hair and played that beaten up strat copy-his tone was cool too

but fuck me sideways with an egg whisk,his playing was SOUR in many places!

i fooled my self into thinking yeahh this is cool(as i used to realy like his shit)buty a mate came over who is a HUGE dokken fan and cringed when i showed him the clips-his 1st words where

I stuck up for lynch saying his strats intonation was out-the backing he was playing over was slightly out of pitch-and many other excuses
but he was right
