Yeah, that is an awesome vid...found that a while back. I love it when the lights come up to reveal George for the short but awesome solo.

Sleep. The sound doesn't collapse to riffs of early eyes either.

that GL solo is exactly how I'm working on playing now.

i have the dvd of that. the whole thing is really good.

i like how george lynch isn't unplugged at all. he's like "y'all go ahead with your stupid acoustic guitars, i'm bringing my strat."
I want REAL change. I want dead bodies littering the capitol.

That is an awesome solo by Lynch on Just got Lucky!

Dokken definitely had alot of talent.

I have this cd, "One Live Night", but didn't know there was a dvd of the performance. Thanks for the clips!

Lynch is "on" for this set. Pilson has a killer voice, too.

George's note choice is so unique. What's he using there?

For gear? ESP GL56 and I see his Bogner in the background. Looks like a 'lil screamin demon in the bridge. Badass tone!

His note choices are amazing; he just kills me.

I was curious about the scales he was using. It definitely doesn't sound like the typical major/minor thing. I assume it is some sort of modal deal there.

His tone is great too, that's for sure.

That second video is the definition of shredding with feeling.
