EVH's detune/r....in a stomp box version?

Yeah, what stomp box would get me the detune effect ED does on the unlawful and balance stuff. Just looking at a quality stomp box and NOT a rack piece. This is a huge part(the detuner effect thingy) of the quest acheiving ED's sound from the Sammy era. No I can't afford an "eventide" unit.

Yes, you can obviously hear some chorus but there something else my ear is picking up on.

This is some persons MP3 of the detuner effect I found.
I have no idea who it is, but its about the only thing I could find to help out with this.
A chorus, doesn't do whatever else is happening that my ear is picking up on.
Besides the chorus, something else is there.
