Children of Bodon/Lamb of God show

Last night..Oklahoma City...
I have seen Lamb of God before..always a great show. Never seen COB..I was impressed. Alexi and Roope are top notch performers. Glad I got to see them. Although, Alexi spits a lot I was on the 2nd row right side...did ok through COB..almost got crushed at LOG...the crowd went NUTS...and I bailed out!! Mark Morton is still playing his Jackson (is it still a prototype??) Randy looks stupid with his hair buzzed off...JMO. Anyway it was a great show.

Lamb of God in Dallas!

Mark Morton played his new model jackson thru the whole show. He ripped alot of solos. He's getting Faster! it is an interesting shaped axe. kinda strange. anyway Children of Bodom were sick as well. Mastodon were good too, But Slayer absolutely stole the show!

this song sucks, its lacks the brutality they had

OK it does'nt Really suck, but it can't meet my expectations from the previous album, they had it nailed! why change it?

I'll just have to wait and hear the whole thing before i jump into conclusions

I went yesterday in Quebec city, great show

the 1st 2 bands were pretty bad ... but the guys from Mastodon have some killer guitars. The guy's LP Silverburst is sick, and the Randy Rhoads drum is just wow !

COB was great, full of energy but Alexi was way too sloppy. He nailed his ARDY solos but as for Silent Night and a couple others it was total sloppiness.

Slayer was great ... Kerry totally fucked up the intro for the antichrist. Tom was starring at him and was like "what fucking song are you playing !"

but overall great show

hmmm..I heard from a couple freinds that attended the Cleveland show and said LOG, COB and Slayer were pretty damn stellar..I dunno.

I heard it was Slayer's most elbaortate show yet..they put alot of money into this one.

for me COB and Slayer were excellent, but I could have lived without the rest. I'm just not into the LOG's music and the 1st 2 bands were similar.

IMO i witnessed history in the making! lamb of god were awesome and slayer played like total professionals. i saw slayer in 1990 (clash of the titans tour, slayer anthrax, megadeth) and they have come a long way. they totally deserved the headline spot. think of how many bands were influenced by them, and now with Lombardo back on drums!!!!

Fucking show was awesome. COB, LOG, and Slayer killed.

Did hear a few booboos from Slayer, but oh well... Nothing amazingly bad. Just enough for a diehard fan to notice...
