Anybody else notice how crappy his tone was. Sounds thin and lifeless. I have heard better recording quality from small 4 track recordings.Damn, I love this Interweb.Comment

sure there still signs of Ed's thumbprint on that..but it's musically uninspiring..the writing /material..
This is NOT what VH fans are waiting for all these years..I think that fuels these kind of comments..
he's got a great ear..and pitch..that what he always relied on..

I think alot of that has to do with the amount of effects he is using, mostly alot of Wah which can thin out the tone. Personaly i wasnt to impressed with the tone either, but like i said alot of effects will do that.
