  • Favorite solos?

I'm sure this has been posted somewhere before!! But what are some of your favorite solos?? The one that comes to my mind is the Extended version of My Sharona (The knack)!
    I love admins!

i love the solo section from "powerslave" by iron maiden on "live after death". the way it builds is great. probably one of my favorites. i also love the actual "solo" from yngwie malmsteen's "far beyond the sun". once again, i like how the song "builds" to it.

dang, there are SO many but those 2 instantly came to mind.
    GEAR:

some guitars...WITH STRINGS!!!! most of them have those sticks like on guitar hero....AWESOME!!!!

some amps...they have some glowing bottle like things in them...i think my amps do that modelling thing....COOL, huh?!?!?!

    and finally....

i have those little plastic "chips" used to hit the strings...WHOA!!!!

                Too many to list.
I love most of what everyone has already posted.

One of the coolest I remember seeing live though was Def Leppard, 1989 in St. Louis watching them perform "Rocket" live. The frikkin solo was awesome and it was cool to see Steve Clark cut loose.
