I personally do not care how it was built as long as it is a good playing/sounding instrument.

Dude can play and has a great sense of humour. From the PG FAQ:

Q: What does the Racer X song "Y.R.O." stand for?
            A: Yngwie Rip Off.

            Q: Are you Buckethead?
A: No. I am not Buckethead.
But in 9th grade I was Pete Willis from Def Leppard.

I feel festive all year round. Deal with it.

              He sucks..

He was a student of Vinnie Vincent.

Paul Gilbert's real name is Peter Gosinya

his solos are all sped up in the studio ..even on his instruction tapes..

His live solos are pre recorded ..he's just playing air guitar to the tape really..and he's allergic to fish..and never had the chicken pox.

Gilbert Godfried is his father and showed him to scream into his pickup

              Betcha didn't know that..

I went to one of his clinics when I was at GIT and he was using a toaster oven as a variax for his Marshall.

Cool stuff. He can play alright !!! I like that most of the songs start out as a basic riff and then he expands the shit out of it midway.

You guys have to hear the acoustic thing he dedicates to Eddie V. Cool as hell, and then you read that he plays it on 3 f%@#in' strings tuned to E.

                            Here's to ya Paul !!!
What strings are tuned to E?

You have to start off with 2 pieces of white bread and a stick of butter... then....
