I wouldnt doubt he owns some things to assure a constant income. I really hate hearing of broke rock stars bitching about money. You get a big pay day on an album, invest it in something that'll pay you if the next record does not bring in the bank.

My dad's a economist and he always tells me that you need at least two sources of income. The job, and some sort of investment that passivly earns for you too.
