I like Buckethead's music more than GNR... but I think that is more because of Axl being an idiot than Slash being a poor guitarist.

I liked slash too but my friend was like slash would kill buckethead. I think bh is a very odd fellow. Kind of on the really tall side. He seems cool though. The new GnR really suck. Axl cant sing for sh*t. I think his day has long been passed. At least bh plays jacksons. well some jacksons.

buckethead definately is more technically skilled.

slash beats him on emotion though.

id pick buckethead over him.

yeah i just downloaded one thing of him playing and hes pretty dang good. How does he play with that mask on? Rusting in piece what color y2kv do you have? Im pretty sure its you that has one. How does it play again? Mine hsould be in tomorrow. thank goodness.

I think Slash is way better. If guitar playing was really about this so called "technical skill" I'd be way better than most of the greats based on speed simply because I have a really fast picking hand. Does that mean anything? not really because I can;t put too much emotion into playing(something I can do with rhythm but not soloing)because without emotion, and feeling in the music, it is nothing but sound or noise.

As for being a musician, i'd pick Slash, now if JUST for the "fun for the guitar player" kind of stuff I'd go Buckethead.

Slash is a very talented and versatile kind of player.
