you can always find a human capo.but looper pedals(if it is one) are not common.

most people don't have looper pedals in their setup.that's what I meant.

Maybe not standalone loopers, but lots of pros use delay pedals that have looping features built in...Boss DD-3, DD-5, DD-6, DD-20, Digitech Dididelay, Line 6 DL-4, etc.

Looks like he is possibly using a DD-5 or DD-6.
