You would think he's going to throw us a bone, to justify to Dee that there is still a tremendous amount of interest in Randy. I hope it'll be something special, and not another exploit on Randy's good name. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

I'll be looking for info when this comes out. Along with Ozzy, Kevin will have some choice Randy footage. Not too interested in QR really, good for nostalgia though. Metal Health was big in Oz too even, the album was on cereal packets!! You know you've made it when you're on a cereal packet. Kiss did it in 1980 and went one better by having their own ice cream!! Oh yeah!!

I was lucky enough to meet those guys a few yrs ago .. Rudy and Carlos were the most down to earth guys to talk with ... Kevin and Franky were still stuck in rockstar mode and acted like asses ... It didn't surprise me Kevin was like that but I always thought Franky was down to earth after everything he'd been thru with his mom .....

I met the entire band as well a couple years ago, and all of them were really cordial. Maybe they were having flashbacks when you met them, Kevin. [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]

I thought the "Randy Rhoads Years" CD they put out some years back was great, even if they changed alot of it around. I believe that when it comes to hearing more of Randy's playing, ANYTHING is better than nothing... I hope the DVD will show some actual live footage though and not that hyperspeed photo montage $hit on "Crazy Train"..

There was talk around the time the Randy Rhoads years came out, about releasing some pro shot video from the whiskey and the roxy. I have a song or two on my compilation video's. They were pretty good quality considering they were probably the 10,000th generation of the 10,000th generation of the original. It's in Dee's hands if those ever see the light of day. Keep our fingers crossed that she'll release the video!
