I can't tell for sure but it looks very Jackson-ish to me

I´m at work and can´t look at the vid, but he did play Jacksons. Most notably the white strat with the reverse strathead, IIRC.

Earthquake? Some kind of "cracked stone" finish? I think I remember seeing that one.

As I recall, his white h/s/s and black single hum reverse strathead guitars which were used during the Slippery era were both Jacksons and yeah, he also had a stone single hum soloist with a star on the upper horn....

Yes, for basically the New Jersey era.

Before that he played many different guitars (notably the rev strathead custom Jacksons, but also various customs and quite possibly some Kramers etc) and from Keep the Faith until a few years back he was a Fender guy. Now he seems to play a bit of everything, even including the new Floyd Rose guitars.....

That cracked stone finish soloist in this video is the guitar he used to record most of the Slippery When Wet album.

Bitchie Sambuca had a few Jacksons in his day....the one in the vid is a soloist.
Transitioning from Retired Musician from cover bands to a Full time vocalist/frontman/guitarist in an original and covers band....it's been a while and this should get NASTY!

On Richie's version however, he had his guitar tech replace the neck/headstock as the headstock on his model just bares a star as opposed to the Jackson name!

                          And on the 8th day,
God kicked back with a beer,
And gave that Jackson one helluva beating!

Ritchie plays that guitar on a few songs on that show. It's Bon Jovi live in Japan December 31 1988. Kingdom Come, Brittany Fox and most notably, Ratt, were also at the gig. I assumed it was a Kramer copy of a Soloist, what with the stars all over it and such.

OH lets be real, like any 80's guitarist he was a guitar whore, whoever would give him something he played! Hell i am a guitar whore, i will put my hands on any guitar and run my fingers slowly up it and stroke it nicely.

You know guitars are like woman, the good ones you want to show off to everyone, however the bad ones you still want to play when no good ones are around, you just dont want your friends see you playing them!
