Just got a S Duncan signature pickup.
Wrote new song "Gears of War" for the popular game.
Gigantour.
Highly anticipated new album coming out soon.
One of the most synonymous names in metal the very genre Jackson caters most to.
i don't think Megadeth will ever be at the point they were at aroudn countdown-youth-cryptic. Three very successful albums, radio play, MTV specials, millions of sales, world tour, even an arsenio hall appearance.
I am a huge fan and I am really hoping Dave's new album does well but I don't ever expect them to be as big as they were in that all-star era with Dave/Dave/Marty/Nick.
Yeah...well how about the Duck Dodgers appearance? lol
Seriously though...I'm not trying to split hairs just pointing out that Dave and the band are doing great right now and would be a an asset to any guitar company...I forgot about the Line 6 deal as well...
Right you are. I'd say Mustaine was one of the best artists endorsed by ESP, right up there with Metallica. Certainly leaps and bounds better than Atreyu, that fat slop steph carpenter, and the other guys that have sigs currently.
So when is this all supposed to take place, anyway? I mean I know it's just speculation at this point anyway, but whats our best guess on timeframe for the new endorsement deal (if any)?

"Now remember, things look bad and it looks like you're not gonna make it, then you gotta get mean. I mean plumb, mad-dog mean. 'Cause if you lose your head and you give up then you neither live nor win. That's just the way it is. ":JOSEY WALES
And Dave said in some guitarmag some years ago that he sounds like himself no matter what guitar or amp he plays...Well, he does, and I like his playing...
