I remember reading some where back in May that DeMartini would be joining Dio on the American leg of the tour. I read several days ago that Graig Goldy was returning. What happened to DeMartini?

RJD has not elaborated on it, but the speculation was that Craig Goldy became available again to tour, so why not have one of the men who wrote half the songs in his set to perform them with. Nothing against Warren, but I think he was just trying to help RJD out by offering to do the tour because Doug Aldrich commited his time to Whitesnake.
There was another thread awhile ago that pointed out the stylistic clash that may have arisen had Warren partaken in that tour. I guess we'll never know if that would have happened or not. My guess is it would have been like oil and water.
