Yeah, Dimmu kinda lost me to.. When "Death Cult Armageddon" came out and I folded out the digipack and you see this big pentagram staring back at you.. I thought "give me a break guys".. Satyricon has also been getting a bit to commersial in some peoples eyes, especially here in Norway. They did a performance at some "Top 40 summer tour" this summer along with several questionable po(o)p-acts and I know they lost a lot of credibility because of that.. but I guess people can be harsh here in Norway, especially when it comes to black metal bands

Yes I agree with that thing on Satyricon but actually the new
            album isn`t that bad...
But I don`t know Dimmu Borgir I just can`t stand
them...I don`t like their lyrics and their music isn`t that
            brilliant too....
But anyways who likes them, likes them and who doesn`t that doesn`t

I don't like it when things get to symphonic.. I know the synths are there to emulate orchestratic sounds.. But seriously.. No band tours with an entire orchestra! For that reason I'm not to fond of everything Emperor has put out either. And Ihsahn (the vocalist) looks a bit too slick for my liking!
I don't listen much to black metal actually but I like early Darkthrone stuff.. Very thrashy.. Gorgoroth aren't too bad either I think.. But those guys are almost too serious sometimes, it's almost scary.. I met Infernus though and he's a really nice guy actually I was kinda shocked

I saw a clip from that show and there was like.. Teenage girls all dancing around in the crowd to the new material... Too funny.

Although I don't find Dimmu ("Dummi Borgar") all that cool, I wonder what makes all these artists jump from Jackson? And to something as "similar" as ESP??

                          Any ideas?
