What I meant was; In the US, there are people living playing covers. I don't see that ever happening here. Well, except for in Germany.
Living in Norway, the bands that first come to mind when I think of metal bands near me would be the Norwegian BM bands. I belive Dimmu Borgir lives of the band, but the guys from Satyricon, being one of the biggest BM acts, have to take extra jobs to make ends meet.
But I'm really not that wellinformed about the business aspect of music, so please don't flame me! [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]
