No word on the east/west lineups yet, but there is a rumor that Pitrelli is going to do the East this year. I hope not!

I had no idea how huge an audience these guys have until I saw them in concert. The audience included people in their 60's , as well as kids under 10 - and every age in between. You should have seen the 8 year old girl in front of me jump at the first power chords! I mean she came 6" off her seat [img]graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

wasn't / isn't Petrucci part of TSO? or is he in LTE? hmm... i can't remember. if he is in the Trans-Siberian, you'd expect him to play the East dates, right?

Petrucci is Dream Theater/LTE. Pitrelli is Savatage/Megadeth/TSO etc.

Chances are that they can't book the larger venues on that list. As in the case here in Chicago, they're booked into the Allstate Arena, they've specified that it is a "Theater Setup", this means that a large portion of the seating will be blocked off to give that theater "feel"...

i knew Petrucci was Dream Theater, thought he was LTE, wasn't sure if he was in TSO. Pitrelli i was aware of being in Savatage and Megadeth though, not TSO. thanks for the input though boss. me 'n a buddy are probably gonna' go to the Beacon theater once, if not twice. HMMMMMMMM the Savatage Christmas tour. Seen them twice already, by far one of the best shows you can ever see! Usually Pitrelli does West coast with Angus Clark and Chris Caffery and Alex Skolnick do the East coast tour. Johnny Lee Middleton from Savatage also is on the West coast tour and Jeff Plate from Savatage does the East coast tour. Every once in a while Jon Oliva and Paul O' Neil show up during East coast dates.
