I've just been checking out some songs by Paul Gilbert with Racer X, I had only heard him with Mr.Big before....this kicks major ass!!! some of the best solos I've heard in my LIFE!!

This guy is running in circles around EVH while pointing and laughing at him!! [img]graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

Just listen to songs like "superheroes" and "technical difficulties"...I looove the melodic type soloes that are in there!

It's like listening to Yngwie if he had finally gotten out of his minor scales and into a few majors! [img]graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

Try to score a copy of "Extreme Volume" 1 and 11, which were the older two-guitar Racer X live albums.
In fact, all the Racer X and the early Mr Big stuff are worth hunting down!
