I may have been wrong, the one on the left was in the porn promo shots, but the body on the right looks more like the one from the '04 b/w tour promo shots (hard to get a real good look at the headstock), but in all the shots it's a 21fret old style neck

I would guess he had access to a relic for the porn but not for the last tour

It's a replica. Why wouldn't it be there? If this is anything like the Clapton Blackie. This will be an exact replica right down to the pick scratches, cigarette burns and the screweye strap mounts.
And with the pic of EVH with the 2 of them they both have the screweye. Again why wouldnt it be there?

maybe both are replicas. The original frankenstraat never had an eyehook on the top horn in the way that they are on that body.
