SFSGSW Amps and Equipment

Hey, I was curious if you knew the equipment used on the So Far So Good Megadeth album. I really like the tones, especially the leads, so powerful, crisp and cutting. Any info?

I think they used Marshall JCM 800s...nothing TOO fancy like what was to come.

So, I'm guessing, then it's just how you dial the tone, besides the natural tone from the individual's fingers...the tone is so different from Peace Sells...I was wondering what had changed to create that.

Uhh I think Chris Poland used a Rockman X100 too on Peace Sells, I can't really remember...I know what stuff they used later on but I can't say I was a huge fan of the tone on their earlier stuff, so I don't know a lot. Ask Vince.
