Cool site, ever since visiting it I've been listening to my old WASP stuff. I always loved that yellow star.

I need more room for guitars.

I'm not done on my research on the yellow star yet, but I'm 99% sure it's not Charvel nor Jackson. The "original" neck had no logo and Chris got the body later to complete it. It might be a Dimarzio or similar body. Also the body was bought unfinished. Chris later got a custom Charvel neck for it, and then a Jackson and another Jackson and another and another... He was really hard on that guitar! If someone can guess the manufacturer of the body from the pics please let me know!
Thanks!

I'm no expert but, I remember ESP selling just guitar parts at that time with Akira Takasaki in there adds.

Well the yellow had the sd-type route, so I think that would narrow it down to Charvel, Mighty Mite, and Dimarzio (and maybe I am forgetting one more brand???). I thought in one pic you could see an SD Charvel-style plate?

I think the control knob layout might be a little help in identification, but the body is already so trashed in the pics that you can't tell what the original knob layout was.
