Great review! I imagine Paul was happy to have Bruce playing again; Bruce was Paul's protege when he taught at MI, which is how he got the second guitar gig in Racer X. First time I saw them only the first album was out and we went to see them, wondering how all the harmonized guitars would be pulled off. Bruce was a surprise to the audience; they played all that stuff it seemed effortlessly, like it was just breathing!
