Could he ever? I mean, Dave was a great frontman. Never was stellar in the vocalist dept, though. :ROTF:

VH concerts aren't about proficient musicianship, they are about partying and picking up chicks.

        Remember Vanilli Manilli?

Anyone besides me think it is in part to promote the new Frankie?

The vocals that made it to record were great and very full of energy...Live he had a hard time but drinking Jack will do that to your vocal chords.

I doubt it will go very far if it takes off at all but I hope for the best because successful comebacks can be very cool!

Dave and Ed made some magical recordings...

Didn't that artical say something about them rehersing and that it want well?

I think its cool just wish they'd include MA on bass instead of Eddies kid.

In the VH world 99% means nothing...the 1% that it might not happen is a BIG ass 1%

Here's hoping for the ultimate rock 'n roll comeback that everyone wants to see. And here's to the reality of what is sure to be a disaster. I'd go just be 'cause I never got to see EVH & DLR together, but I'm guessing the tickets will be outrageous. Guess I'll just have to wait for the DVD.

Man, I hope they document every minute of the tour - - - for the DVD of course! I want to see exactly when it starts to fall apart.

Maybe when Dave tells Woolfie to STFU or something like that happens....

...or maybe it'll be Dave exploding when Woolfie is gettin BJ'd back stage and none of the girls are even looking at wrinkly 'ol hair-thinning Davy........

....or maybe it's when Eddie is finishing his 3rd bottle of Jack on the tour bus before a show and interrups Woolfie doing his homework by yakking all over him..........

I'd like to see this happen, but I remain cynical. Dave can get under certain people's skin, and Eddie seems to be one of them. Even if it DOES happen, it won't be the same without Michael. Not to mention trying to recapture something like what they had, before, will be a near-impossible task.

I'd go if I got free tickets. Otherwise, no.

I doubt the tour will last half way through.

My ex-fiance' works and lives in Vegas. She is also a VH nut and she has connections in the art and hotel world. Her husband also has connections. She has been begging me to come to Vegas, so this is all gonna work out. I told her to put out feelers right now because I want front row seats.

Sleep. The sound doesn't collapse to riffs of early eyes either.
