How to get that great Santana sound ?

Just once I'd like to see him play Europa the way he did in the studio..
Live he speeds it up a LOT, you'd think he's ashamed of the original version or something

his tone had more "hair" before, I love this darker, fatter and thicker tone he has now.

Thats pretty cool. I wasnt a huge "radio play" Santana fan but when I was 18 yr old and checking out clubs for possible gigs in Detroit area I saw a local band play Europa and the crowd reaction to it...I had to learn it after that...and yes...it was on the set list the cover bands I played in

I finally picked up that Santana's Greatest Hits CD a while back.

I never like buying those CD singles - they're so overpriced for just one or two songs.
